Order and Delivery

How to order 

To order, select the specific item, colour and size that you prefer and click ‘Add to cart’. Your items will be added to the shopping cart.

If you wish to proceed to payment, click the cart logo at the top right hand corner of the webpage and click ‘Check out’ button. Please make sure that the items carted are correct before checking out.

To tap on a discount code, simply enter the discount code at the check out page and click ‘Apply Discount’.

Click on the ‘Pay’ button once you are confirmed. You will be led to a secure payment gateway by Paypal. We accept Visa/MasterCard Credit Card and Debit Card payments.

Once order is placed, we cannot undo the order irregardless of:

- you forgot to enter a discount code

- you entered the wrong discount code

Delivery by local courier (SG only)

Upon order confirmation, items will be processed and shipped out within 1 - 2 working days. Delivery of parcels will only take place from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Complimentary shipping will be provided for orders above $50 SGD. 

Delivery by international courier

International delivery rates differ depending on the parcel weight and country of delivery. Order more to enjoy more savings!

All international deliveries are made through Janio Shipping or Singpost and are trackable.

Self-collection

Self-collection is now available. An email will be sent out to notify that the items are ready for collection. The address to collect will be at 272D Sengkang Central 544272. Unit number will only be revealed in the email notification when items are ready to collect.

Terms and Condition:

- Once orders are placed, we are not able to reprocess it again. 

- Sale items during promotional period are not refundable.
