If the item(s) you have received has not met your satisfaction, you may opt for:

  1. Return and exchange 

         or

  1. Full refund (not applicable for panties andsSet pieces)

Please send us an email with your order number to sales@buubees.com. We will send you a confirmation email and instructions on how to send it back to us. All items must be returned within the 17 days window (from purchase date not counting the day items are purchased.)

A fee of $5.00 will incur for items received on the 18th day onwards.

Additionally, panties, bottoms and sticky bras are not allowed for exchange or refund in view of hygiene purposes.

Return and Exchange

Your item(s) may be exchanged due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size
  • Change colour
  • Change to other designs
  • Defect item (please take a photo)

Return and exchange of items can be done via mailing or in person. Please mail the items through a reliable local courier company. Any spoils or damages inflicted upon the items during the delivery shall not be eligible for exchanges and we will not be liable.

Items due for exchange must be in their original condition with the label tag still in place. It must be unworn, unwashed, unscented and not damaged. Kindly wait for 1 - 2 working days to process the return parcel upon receiving them.

Exchanges may be of the same value or higher of the item purchased. Exchange of items below value, the difference will not be refunded.

Please only send us the item after you have received a confirmation email for exchange. All postage fees, custom duties and taxes shall be borne by the customer. 

For exchanges in person, do let us know the date and time before heading down to do the exchange. Address of exchange will be 272D sengkang Central, 544272.

Exchange of kit items

If you would like to exchange the bra of a kit set, you may exchange it for another size of the same design. If you would like to exchange your item for a different design, you may exchange the bra for another design of the same price. For example, You may exchange the Yoogi bra for Wildflower bra.

 

We do not allow exchanges/refunds for panties or items on sale. 

 

Refunds

Full refunds

Full refund is only applicable when you are fully dissatisfied with the item and do not want to purchase it. Items must also be in their original condition with the label tag still in place. It must be unworn, unwashed, unscented and not damaged. Kindly wait for 2 - 3 working days for us to process the return parcel upon receiving them.

Bundle refund

For bundle pieces with panties, refund will be partial. Panty will be charged at $8.50 for every refund of bundle piece.

For example, if the refund piece is wildflower set ($39.97), an amount of $31.47 will be refunded to you. 

 Any items won in giveaways, contests or any other event that does not require the customer to purchase will not be eligible for refund.

FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We do not provide exchange or refunds for international deliveries except unforeseen circumstances. Please email us for any clarifications.
